My Animals and Certificates aren't in my account when logging into MyVetLink?

If you have registered and logged into your MyVetLink account but do not see any animal information or certificates, there is likely an issue with linking the clinic to your account.

Don't have an account yet? Visit How to register for a MyVetLink account to get started.

The vet clinic may have forgotten to grant you MyVetLink access or may have entered your email address incorrectly. Please contact the vet clinic from which you received the certificate to ensure they have the correct email address and have granted you MyVetLink access.

Once they have done so, return to www.myvetlink.com to log in to your account. The login is located under the animal owner and horse photo.

If you continue to experience issues, please contact your vet clinic to inform them.
