Creating Your MyVetLink (MVL) Account
- Open www.myvetlink.com in your browser (Google Chrome recommended).
- Click Sign up for MyVetLink on the homepage, then select Sign up now at the bottom of the login page.
After selecting Sign up now
Enter the email address on file with your vet clinic. It's important to use this exact email — it's how your records are linked to your account. If you sign up with Google or Facebook, make sure that account's email matches what your clinic has on file.

Create a password that meets the following requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
- At least one special character or number
- Must not contain any part of your email address
- (Passwords are checked against a database of known compromised passwords)
- Accept the terms of service and check the box beneath the Re-enter password field
- Check your inbox for a verification email from noreply@globalvetlink.com — click the link inside to confirm your email address and activate your account. This step is required before you can log in. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
Accessing Your Records
Return to www.myvetlink.com and click Log in to MyVetLink. If you log in and your records aren't visible, contact your vet clinic to confirm they have your correct email address and have enabled your MyVetLink access.
If you log in and do not see your records, please contact the issuing veterinary clinic to confirm that they have the correct email address for you and have granted you MyVetLink access.
