There is no data in my MVL account. What does that mean?

If there are no animals or certificates in your MyVetLink account, this could be because:

  • Your veterinarian has not created any animal profiles or completed any certificates for you yet
  • Your MyVetLink account is not linked to your veterinary clinic

To check on the status of your certificates and to ensure that your MVL account is linked to your veterinary clinic, please contact your veterinarian.

Your veterinary clinic can let you know the status of when your certificates will be created and can check to make sure they entered your email address correctly in order to link the animals and certificates to your account.
