Once the certificate has been signed and finalized, if you notice any incorrect information on it, please kindly contact the vet clinic that issued the certificate to inquire about their policies for updating signed certificates. Unfortunately, GVL support is unable to update this information on behalf of the issuing clinic. It is best to reach out to the clinic staff directly.
