How to Submit Your Horse’s Health Documents & Requirements for an Event

- EntryGate, powered by GlobalVetLink (GVL), helps horse shows collect and track equine health requirements. You'll submit your horse's health information through MyVetLink (MVL) and may receive event-related emails with the EntryGate name or logo.
- Use the event link provided by your show manager or producer to get started.
- Log in to MyVetLink, powered by GVL, or create a free account.
- Select the horse(s) attending and follow the prompts to submit their health requirements.
- Have current GVL records? We'll automatically check them against the event requirements.
- Have documents from a veterinarian who doesn't use GVL? You can upload those too.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open the event link
a. Click the link from your show manager or producer to view the event and its health requirements. - Log in or sign up
a. Log in to MyVetLink or create a free account if you don't already have one. - Select your horse(s)
a. Choose the horse(s) attending the event and complete any required information. - Register to submit health documents
a. We'll automatically check your horse's available GVL records to see if they meet the event requirements.
b. If a required document isn't available through GVL, you can upload it for your horse after registering. Open the horse profile and select "Upload documents" - Check your status
a. After registering, visit the Events tab in MyVetLink anytime to see your horse's compliance status and anything that still needs attention.

- MyVetLink is free to use.
- Requirements may vary by event.
- Check your Events section before the show to make sure your horse is ready to go.
- You may receive reminder emails branded with EntryGate if requirements are still missing as the event approaches.
