Downloading Permits in MyVetLink
There are two ways to download permits from your MyVetLink account:
Option 1 — Animals Tab Navigate to the Animals tab and select the animal's name, then go to Health Documents → Actions → View Permits.
Both options will bring up the same download prompt.
Option 2 — Certificates Tab
Go to Certificates → Actions → View Permits.
Accessing Your Downloaded Permit
- Computer: The permit will open automatically in Adobe.
Mobile device:
The permit will save to your device's Files folder. Owners are responsible for locating their device's downloads folder to access the document. If needed, a quick Google search can help you find where downloaded files are stored on your specific device.
