How to Download Your Health Certificate

Downloading Your Certificate

Log in to MyVetLink at www.myvetlink.com and click Log in to MyVetLink beneath the animal owner and horse photo.

Select Certificates - located under the MyVetLink logo next to the Animals section

If you have multiple animals, use the search bar to find the animal by name.

Select Actions → Download on the far right of the page. On a mobile device, you may need to scroll right or turn your phone sideways to see this option.

Once downloaded, the certificate will open as a PDF in your browser. On a laptop or desktop, it will open in Adobe Acrobat by default. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat installed, you can download it free at Adobe Acrobat Reader Website

Option 2:

Select Animals under the MyVetLink logo, then select the animal's name (for example, "River") to open its profile.

The profile displays details such as the animal's name, birthdate, and color, as well as their health documents.

From there, select Actions → Download and follow the same download steps listed above.

Accessing Your Downloaded Certificate: 

Computer:
The certificate will open automatically in Adobe. If Adobe is not already downloaded on your computer, it is best to download the free version here:

Mobile device:
The certificate will be saved to your device's Files folder. 
Owners are responsible for locating their device's Downloads folder to access the document. If needed, a quick Google search can help you find where downloaded files are stored on your specific device.
