I am expecting a certificate but I do not see it. What should I do?

If an animal appears in your account without a corresponding certificate, your veterinarian may still be in the process of preparing that document. Certificates become immediately available for viewing and download once they have been issued.

Please note that GlobalVetLink is unable to provide certificate status updates on behalf of vet clinics, nor do we have the ability to expedite this process.
