Animal owners/agents need a permit for every show or every time a horse is unloaded from the trailer.
Extended Equine Certificates do not have a limit on how many permits can be issued.
Once the permit is completed, you will need to download it to the files folder on your mobile device so you can access it without an internet connection, or download and print a copy to take with you for each movement.
Permits can only be issued one week prior to travel.
