To download the completed permit from the Extended Equine Certified Veterinary Inspection (EECVI),
You can select Certificates (left-hand side of the page).
Select onto the certificate number in purple. (as shown below)
Then scroll to the bottom under Travel Permits.
You would select Download. It would be best to do this on a desktop or laptop computer and have Adobe Acrobat on your computer, and print this out from Adobe.
You will need a physical printed copy of the permit and an (EIA) Coggins test for travel.
