We've updated our security requirements.
Your new password must meet the following criteria:
- Between 8 and 120 characters long
- Contains both uppercase and lowercase letters
- Contains at least one number or special character (having both is strongly recommended)
- Does NOT include any part of your name, username, or email address
Your password will also be checked against a database of known compromised passwords. If it meets all the requirements above but is still rejected, it likely appeared in that database — try adding more special characters or numbers to increase complexity.
Tip: If you're using Chrome, you can right-click any password field and select Suggest password to generate a strong one automatically.
