How do I update the email associated with my account?

This process requires two steps to ensure you keep access to all of your documents:

1.Contact your veterinary clinic and request that they update your contact email in their GlobalVetLink account. 

  • If you are currently using more than one vet clinic for MyVetLink, you will need to contact each clinic.

2. Once they have confirmed the change, contact our Customer Support Team via chat or email,, to request the email associated with your login be updated to match what is now on file with your vet clinic(s).

Important! To keep the account in sync, both your vet clinic and GlobalVetLink must update your email address.
