My MyVetLink Account is Locked and I can not access the account?

Having trouble logging in?

Here are a few things to check:

  • Too many failed attempts – For security purposes, your account will be temporarily locked after too many failed login attempts. Please wait 30 minutes before trying again. 
    Please note: GlobalVetLink support is unable to unlock accounts.
     
  • Email address – Make sure you're entering the correct email address. Login credentials are case-sensitive, so use the same capitalization you used when registering.
     
  • Account not yet verified – If you didn't complete all the registration steps, you'll need to verify your account before logging in. Check your inbox for a verification email from noreply@globalvetlink.com — if you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails sometimes end up there.
