Both owners and agents now follow the same simplified sign-up process. Clinics must ensure the agent’s email address is correctly entered in GVL to link them to the proper animals in MVL.

Yes. Any owners or agents attached to a horse will have access to EECVIs and can create trip permits for that horse's movement.

What is the normal temperature for a horse, and when should it be taken?
An adult horse's normal resting temperature is 99°F to 101.5°F. If it's outside this range, consult your vet before traveling.Take the temperature within 7 days before travel.

Can I update the temperature after submitting the permit?
No. Once a permit is completed, it cannot be edited. If the information is incorrect, you must generate a new permit.
